Main Street Animal Hospital Holds Fundraiser to Support Animal Rescue

Fund raising to support the animals in the care of Animal Rescue Network of new England, Inc. started on  Sunday December 6th when Main Street Animal Hospital held their 9th Annual Santa Sunday and culminated on Friday Feb 13 when they presented ARNNE with a $1722, donation. This money will help ARNNE continue to save the many dogs and cats in need, and will also allow them to make much needed repairs to the shelter that the town of Pelham is generously letting them use in exchange for the feeding, care and placement of animals left homeless.

At the launching event in December, pictures of their client’s pets were taken by Teal Photography of Atkinson who graciously donated their time for the event. There was also a huge list of wonderful raffle items that were donated by many businesses, and citizens, in the local area. Items were sold through the following weeks until this heartfelt Valentine's gift to the dogs was presented on Friday.  Please watch for this event next year and your heart also will be warmed knowing you helped one without a voice.

Pets in need from ARNNE, Greater Derry Humane Society, Greyhound Rescue and more can be met at the monthly adoption event at the Congregational Church in Pelham, NH from 11-2. The next event is Feb 27.
