Overview
We are a small animal rescue with limited resources and so have chosen to have a no-returns policy. We will make exceptions when we can. Contact us for returns and exchanges on our contact page.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on our contact page and send your item to: Beaver Valley Farm, 17 Main St, Pelham, NH 03076.
